*Great Pay (paid per visit) *Great staff *Flexible Schedule *User friendly EMR Home Health Case Manager, Registered Nurse -Provides skilled nursing to patients on an intermittent basis in the patient's home. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Nursing/Nursing Supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: *Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which you are practicing. *Two years of nursing experience preferred. *EMR-experience with Kinnser preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. *Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgement.
