Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
We are seeking RNs interested in Per Diem visits to provide skilled nursing to patients within their home. Our ideal candidate must be compliant and punctual with shifts and paperwork. Good communication skills with staff and multidisciplinary team is required. Candidate must have a reliable method of transportation and have open availability for shifts of interest.

The Registered Nurse & or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include following the plan of care, providing treatments, and working collaboratively with the members of the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.
REGISTERED NURSE (RN)
Despite our office headquarters being in Van Nuys, the patients we currently service are located throughout: Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, Glendale, Pasadena, Woodland Hills, etc.
Must be able to perform:
- Evaluation of Case
- Complete Oasis (Manually or Digital)
- Wound Care
- Recording and updating patient histories and vitals
- Discussing health care issues and concerns
- Acting as a point of contact for a patient
