Job Description: We are an Joint Commission Accredited Home Health Agency searching for a Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) as well as Home Health Aides with (HHA) to do Skilled Nursing home visits and providing health care and related services. Also, We have opening for Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT) and Assistants (PTA and OTA). Candidates must be willing to travel and provide care to patients in the comfort of their home setting in San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles and Ventura counties. Positions: Part-Time/Full-Time/Per-Diem If you are looking to work Part-time/Full-Time/Per-Diem or just want to pick up few patients, we have a position available for you.
