Non-Medical Home Care RN (Administrative Role)

Summary As an RN at ComForCare Home Care, you will help oversee the daily clinical operations of our home care agency, ensuring compliance with state regulations and delivering high-quality care to our clients via our caregiving staff of PCAs and CNAs. This role is vital in maintaining our commitment to excellence and improving the lives of those we serve. Responsibilities Manage daily clinical operations of the agency to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Supervise staff and provide training to maintain high standards of care. Develop and Coordinate care plans for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Monitor quality assurance measures and implement improvements as needed. Foster relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote effective communication. Directly oversee and manage PCA and CNA caregivers from a clinical standpoint, in coordination with their administrative management with our agency Director of Operations. Requirements: Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of NC. Mininum three years experience managing teams of providers, including at the PCA and CNA level. Proven experience in healthcare management or administration. Strong understanding of client rights and regulatory compliance requirements. Experience in dementia care, and senior care, as well as working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable. Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate staff and engage clients.
