I wouldn’t bring my dog there! Terrible! My aunt is currently there and I’m trying to move her out. Huge lack of communication and lies from staff. ALL the clothes and the blanket I brought my Aunt has disappeared saw other residents wearing her clothes. They supposedly put my aunts name on all her clothes

My “uncle” has been living here since this summer. My family and I were very concerned with his placement there due to the poor reviews. However, we were told it was under new management. Either way, we needn’t have worried. He LOVES it there! The staff is wonderful and they truly care for each of their patients. They meet them at their level and work within their abilities. Christina, the Activities Director, is just a ray of sunshine and provides a variety of activities whether bingo, dice games, art projects, etc. Very surprising to learn she works every other weekend too.

Horrible place. Left in RM 5 hours in pain, no one would respond. Happened twice. Had to call state Ombudsman to get out immediately. I literally broke the blinds and table to get someone in my room. I requested the police be called . For actual help. If I could score minus 5 or more, I would.

This is a poor place. Not enough care for residents. No attention to oral care. Terrible pari care and pain management. No rom treatment. Every time I leave for doctors appointment I'm stuck back in isolation for two weeks. Unable to take a shower even though I have my own bathroom equipped with everything I need. It's inhumane. There is no air conditioning. They run out of patient supplies. I have provided my own several times. Not a good place to be stuck. Hope this helps others. . .
