Food needs a lot of work, my mom would not eat the food ,the residents need to have food that you would eat at home with your family, some of the workers are not nice to the residents at all , I have heard the nurse several times yelling at residents to pick things up after she accidentally dropped a medicine cup ,I heard her yelling at a woman so loud fussing with her over something,I have worked at a nursing home before no one has the right to yell or treat anyone like these people are treated if you dnt want your family treated like that you should not treat them like that , my mom has pushed her button and no one comes we the family have called up there several times it took them a very long time just to answer her button, not all the nurses are bad some are very good people and treat residents great ,but it's should be all the nurses should be great not just a few, I will never put my mom somewhere again to be treat like dirt ,I think they need to do better and if they are tired and dnt like their job than they need to find another job ., the rooms need to look more comfortable for their stay it looks like their rooms are a prison to them there should be more to the rooms for them to have family to come see them there's nothing there but an uncomfortable chair that is it at least a hospital looks more for a family to come in.

The customer service at Grandview was beyond my expectations, lots of diversity “very important” the entire staff was very knowledgeable and professional. The facility was very bright n clean no nursing home smell when you enter the building. Huge thanks to Ms. Bloom and the staff for going the extra mile to accommodate my schedule. The leadership team at Grandview is GREAT. Sabrina has put together a very solid team. Communication and room cleanliness are above expectations. My mother is very well takes care of and enjoys the environment. The activities could stand some improvement and upgrade but overall I am very pleased and happy with my decision to place my mother’s care in the teams hands. Thanks. Keep up the good work
