My loved one spent the last three years of his life at Pruitt Virginia-Park. I am grateful for the safe, comfortable home provided for him. He really looked forward each day to the good meals. Everyone from the front desk, the business office, the dining room, and the nurses’ station were kind and helpful. He was briefly under Pruitt’s hospice care at the end of his life and the hospice workers were exceptionally kind and caring. I am thankful for all that was done for him.
We refer all families that has a need for Rehab to Virginia Park. The admission process was awesome, the young lady we were communicating with during this process was very attentive and professional. She made sure our Love one was secured and taking care of among arrival. This facility often have interactions for the patient with the general public such as events. The car show last year was great. Please don’t let me omit the Respiratory Team. Great service from Ms Sonya and her team. Thank You Pruitt at Virginia Park…
The young lady we spoke with made us feel very sure that this facility would be a great place for our grandmother. She was very professional and caring when we spoke about my grandmother. She made sure that my mother and I understood the policy of the facility as well as made us feel comfortable with choosing PruittHealth.
Pruitt Health is AMAZING TO SAY THE LEAST! I had the most professional interaction with Tia in admissions! She was very informative and detailed in every piece of information provided! I know my loved one is definitely in good hands! I recommend this location to EVERYONE! Thank you Pruitt!
This place is absolutely disgusting! If I could give it -5 stars I would! From the attitudes of the nurses, to the theft of property, this place is not where anyone should leave their loved ones to be cared for. I work in facilities management and know some things about building repair, and this site is in desperate need of major repair. From spot coolers lining the wall on one side of the facility (400 hall) in an attempt to keep that side cool to broken and leaking pipes with holes and patchwork style wall. Repairs in patient bathrooms, to filthy floors in and out of patient rooms. It is amazing to me that this place is even still up and running. My mother went into this place with the ability to feed herself, walk with help and hold a conversation NONE of which she can do now. The horror stories you hear about Pruitt health are 100% true. My mom survived 23 strokes just to succumb to the abuse and neglect of Pruitt health Virginia Park. I attempted to take more pictures and videos while in the facility, but I was always interrupted and asked why I was taking pictures of the building. It was apparent no one wanted me to publish what is really going on behind the double doors of Pruitt health, Virginia park, but everybody needs to know .
