I am going to give a 5 because its not the employees fault that the building is old. Yes it needs alot of work but that Nurse Jane is everything she so sweet to my mother inlaw. The nurses aide from Baltimore keeps her clean and smiling just the team was super nice. The smell yes not good at all but thats a housekeeping issue. Maintenance may need to fix some stuff but again the nurses and intake Susan they got my vote.
Every staff member should be terminated, specifically, the young lady at the front desk. That position sets the tone for the entire facility. Her attitude is horrible and disgustingly unprofessional. Everyone isn't front desk material.
Diana in admissions has gone out of her way to help our father. The staff has been great and the home itself is quality. I have so much more peace now knowing that my dad is in a safe environment being well cared for.
I walked in here and it reeked of urine as soon as you walked in. Please do not take anyone you love here. Doesn’t look like they attend to the seniors.
Westminster Commons deserve a 5.0 because of the care that the nurses and staff give them.. the food is awesome..my 91 year old dad love it and yes maybe it’s not as fancy as some of the other Nursing/Rehab homes but it is a nursing home and you will feel at home and feel that your your love ones are truly cared for.
