"I want to share my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful care provided. While the facilities may not be the newest, the compassion and dedication of the caregivers and administration more than make up for it. My loved one was treated with such dignity and respect during his final days, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure his comfort. It's clear that the team truly cares about the residents, not just as patients but as individuals. I’ll forever be grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and love shown to my family during such a difficult time."

My father was here for a short time before he passed away from complications due to Parkinson’s Disease. The staff are all amazing and thoughtful. When he passed they were so sweet and compassionate. It’s not a fancy place but the best place for my daddy’s care level. I can’t thank them enough!

I have stayed here 6 months. I give this place and the employees 5 stars and would have given them more if I could. The CNAs were patient and professional. So kind to the residents who needed more help. They would discuss any changes in my treatment routine to me patiently. Often they were willing to compromise with me. As my health got better I was given some privileges. I was allowed to go outside for short walks as long as I followed the guidelines they set. The food is very good for institutional food. It wasn't the same thing week after week. The rooms and common areas are kept clean. My laundry was done promptly. There were all kinds of activities. Bingo. Arts and crafts. Outside groups coming in and bringing Spiritual teaching. Get together for holidays and birthdays. While I was here I had a massive heart attack. My heart stopped beating 4 times. Their medical staff kept reviving me until EMS arrived. I literally put my life in their hands and I'm still here to talk about it. I recommend Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation on Duval Rd 💯 percent.

My family member has been in 200 for several years and Doris has made such a significant impact to their life. Her addition to 200 has also made an impact to my family's life as the worry and stress of wondering "are they being taken care of? are they happy? are they being stimulated?" has gone away -- Doris has made the answer to all of these questions in our hearts and minds a peaceful "yes". I'm upset as Windsor appears to no longer have Doris working in 200. However, this alone doesn't earn it a one star rating. I'm giving it a one star because they have removed her despite management receiving several emails complimenting them on having her and the difference she makes to our loved ones. I've also read the google reviews before posting this. Several of them have been negative but the one constant positive review, and the only ones who specifically name an employee, involve Doris and how great she is during her time in 200. I'm giving it a one star because we feel unheard: despite the emails my family and others have given management commending Doris, despite the google reviews that affirm Windsor's decision to have her there is a great one, they've decided to ignore what makes sense at the cost of our loved ones and the peace of mind she brings our families. I've seen 200 without her there and it makes us sad. Please Windsor, do what makes sense and bring her back.

This is a bad placement for your family members to get rehabilitation services I do not recommend it as my aunt was mistreated she told me they hurt her and the workers were man handling her so tough as they were picking up a horse and when I said she’s very delicate I was told nothing wrong was happening they think because they are elderly they won’t know what’s going on. And I was given a snarky “Ok” “ I know what I did”. So I go to check up on my aunt again and her head was hanging off the bed and her feet hanging off the other side. And she had bruises on her arms!! They get paid to to a good job they’re obviously not doing so we took my aunt home within a week brought her home and she’s now getting a nurse that comes to the house and they’re ontop of everything even a medical bed including her meds. Please don’t take your loved ones here!!!
