I used to be a CNA here. They would run us so short staffed that the residents would have to lay in their own waste for hours apon hours. The residents would develop terrible bed sores, so deep they would be down to the bone. They pay CNAs horrible wages while the administration drive luxury cars. The residents have to sell their homes to come here and receive care like this. In no way can I give this place a recommendation, not with a clear conscious.
Most horrible experience for my Dad and family! They will reply that they “ want to talk about our experience and make it right.” But my dad died due to sepsis from bed sores. We couldn’t move him anywhere and we tried! I invite Lee or McKenzie to call me but they won’t. I don’t know how they sleep at night.
Staff is awesome! Helped my dad recover after a car wreak. He's back to walking in 3 weeks!!!!
My Mom went to Aspen Meadows for rehab. The facility is clean. The entire staff are excellent caring people. Anytime Mom needed help they promptly answered her call button. They offer 3 nice meals a day or you can substitute from the provided list. The PT & OT got her stronger so she could return home. We were both very happy with this facility.
Aspen Meadows is holding my mother against her will & NOT allowing her out and about in the community in Billings or to have visitors of her choosing. Sunday, April 20, 2025 my mom was all ready to go to Easter church service with me and then out for brunch. She had been living at Aspen Meadows for about 3 years. The staff, Misty (I believe her name was) was in her room with us. Next thing I knew she had left my mom’s room, called the police & had them threaten to throw me in jail if I did not leave. I came from another state to visit my mother. I was not given any reason for being asked to leave the facility. Today is the 4th day I’ve been waiting to get to see my mother.
