My experience with Mapleview Country Villa has been truly exceptional. From the moment we toured the facility, we felt welcomed and reassured that our loved one would be in good hands. The staff is incredibly compassionate, attentive, and genuinely cares about the well-being of each resident. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and the common areas are inviting. The nursing and care staff go above and beyond to ensure each resident receives personalized care, and the medical team keeps us well-informed about any changes or needs. There are plenty of engaging activities for residents, and the team encourages socialization while respecting individual preferences. The meals are nutritious and well-prepared, and dietary needs are carefully met. We’re grateful for the peace of mind Mapleview Country Villa has given our family. Knowing our loved one is safe, respected, and cared for with dignity makes all the difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nurturing and professional long-term care option. I'd especially like to thank the director Rachel for making my aunt and fathers stay exceptional. Rachel makes sure that I am informed on any changes with them and keeping me updated. She has an open door policy for residents and they always come first. She greets residents individually and always stops to chat with them.

Shady billing practices - this isn't a review about the quality of service (or lack thereof) that my mother received while she stayed here. I do want to warn people who are considering whether to send their loved ones to this facility that they have unethical billing practices. My mom passed while staying here in April, 2025. Mapleview's own accounting shows that there is a significant surplus from an over-payment on her account that is owed to my dad, however 6 months later we are still getting the run-around. Sadly, I think that their plan is to hold on to the funds with the hope that we'll eventually give up (which isn't going to happen).

We have a loved one that has been at Mapleview Country Villa over a year. We are very happy with the care she has received ,and we make sure we let the Nurses and their staff members know how they are doing every chance we get. We are also very happy with the activities, and the way that the residents are encouraged to participate.Keep up the good work Mapleview!!

Whoever is writing good reviews about this place is either clueless or just straight up lying. My grandma was put into this place after surgery to be cared for. KEY WORD: TO BE CARED FOR. Which is the complete opposite of what these staff do!!!! They do not care about their patients what so ever. My mom has had to drive out to this place almost every other day to tell off the staff members for not taking care of her they way they should. They didn’t shower her for two weeks, my grandma stated that they took 4 HOURS to get her a pack of ketchup, the food is just downright disgusting, they left her bedside bathroom full of feces to the point where the room literally SMELLED and overall the people working here are just sick. It breaks my heart knowing that there could people in here who don’t have someone to advocate for them and are left to pretty much die in this place. Luckily my grandma has my amazing mom to stick up for her in a horrible situation like this. We have reported this place to the states because this is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. Since these people neglected her she now has a blood clot in her lungs as well as kidney failure and has been admitted to the hospital. If my mom didn’t say anything she would have died. ON TOP OF NEGLECT the staff are genuinely horrible people. Before EMS arriving the SW came into my grandmas room where my mom was waiting to tell her that my grandma can tell the hospital she Doesn’t want to come back there. truly so heartbreaking and makes me sick knowing these are the people who are taking care of your loved ones. Overall if you care about your loved one DO NOT send them to this place because they will be left here to die. praying for those who are in the hands of these people because this is just so so sad. Shame on this place I’m sure you wouldn’t want your loved ones to be treated this way!!!! Karma is real and I hope it hits these people HARD😡😡
