The way yall post shifts for agency to pick. Then cancel so last minute is abuse and ridiculous. How would yall like it if someone did that to yall? Agency isn't going to keep helping yall out if you don't stop this. I kept these shift for yall for 2 weeks and then you go and cancel them last minute? That is very wrong for yall to do. And this is the second week in a row yall did this. I will definitely be looking for other facilities to pick up at. Also, yall go and change the payout time so yall have more time to cancel in agency and not have to pay for canceling on people last minute. That was the main reason I had any respect for Cedars to begin with and now I have definitely lost that respect. I will be going to other places in the future that don't treat agency in this manner. We do not deserve to be treated this way.
I recently had a family member there and the changes that they have made to the building the staff, the food, the activities, and the physical therapy are the best I would give them a lot more stars if I could. Thank you for taking such great care of my family!
I cannot say enough what a great job the staff and physical therapists have done with transforming the quality of care and overall atmosphere at Cedars! My family member recently spent several weeks at the facility and received excellent physical therapy which has allowed him to return home and live independently. He is still raving about the quality of the food and has stayed in touch with some of the other residents. Many thanks to John, Chantin, Nurse Holcomb, and the entire staff.
I’m really happy with how things are going at Cedars. Even though the place had its struggles in the past, the new management has really turned things around. The building looks great, and I can tell the staff genuinely cares about the residents. My family member loves the activities and seems to be making great connections with others. The whole vibe is so much more welcoming now, and I feel good knowing they're in a place where they’re treated like family. glad we choose Cedars!
I can not say enough positive things about the staff at Cedars Healthcare Center. I want to thank Vada very much for all that she has done to assure me, that my mother will be well taken care of! The compassion, and willingness to work with me and my mom is beyond exceptional!
