I was pleasantly greeted at the front desk by the receptionist before I toured for a family member . I try not to alert the facility before I've been touring, I walked into diligent housekeeping in well lit floors. The nurses are very knowledgeable , as well as social service director . All my questions were answered and I'm confident in choosing this place for my loved one

I've been living there for 6 weeks. Indeed there is an abundant room for improvement. I've recently moved into a new room, which is not fully furnished. One of which is a lamp. Certain members of the staff are very unprofessional. I have delt with some who just cannot do a simple task from getting clean towels to installing a lamp. Certain needs here are not considered important. But it is important to me and other residents. Whoever reading this, you know who you are. And for those who agree. Will fully undertstand. And make their voices heard. For something that I asked for, 2 days ago! Broght me to a point of desperation, to get my point across on this site. Letting my voice be heard!
