This place is awful. I sent my 92 year old grandma for a visit because she has onset dementia. Later I found out they found out they fed her anti freeze three times. She finally died after the third time. They also let her cat get ran over by a car 32 times. He was returned in a black garbage bag. They tried giving me some bingo boards to stay quiet. Was not very professional. 1/5 stars. Will be contacting my associates.
I thought that this place would be a great place to send my grandmother who has dementia and forgot who I was. I felt that she needed better care then what I could provide. I took a tour of the facility and was disgusted by how understaffed they are, I also found urine on the floor and feces on the walls. While I was in the kitchen I saw the staff offloading horses to put in the food. If my mother makes me mad enough I might send her there
My experience was quite unpleasant. I was immediately penetrated by some object when I walked into the estate. Me, myself, being a morally positive individual, did not like this “penetration”. I went to my grandmas room, room 163, and she was dead. She had been fed the other inmates fluids until she physically exploded everywhere. And it was odd, because there were signs everywhere that said, “No colored people. Please be picking cotton”. This place seems to be incredibly discriminatory and I do not vibe with it. #Ripgrandma
Place is incredibly unprofessional, didn't administer any care over the short stay. The most they did was administer Tylenol after 5 hours of requesting it. Throughout stay didn't administer any prescriptions and instead prioritized playing bingo. With the amount of sheer negligence at this place I wouldn't bring anyone here nor recommend it to anyone.
This place not only treats their residents like garbage but the management and nursing directory are a complete circus. They barely employ enough nurses to take care of the number of residents. The nurses they do hire, I’d say 90%, are worthless and call off on short to no notice leaving other nurses (who should be finishing a 12 hour shift) to stay over working 16-18 hours which should be illegal. I will never recommend this facility to anyone in need of it’s type of services and I’d go further to say that I hope anyone who has a family member or friend staying there to choose a different facility.
