My family's experience has been awesome. The staff is polite and very professional. The director is Awesome. She is caring and very compassionate. She listens to the family's concerns and has been helpful in the whole process of getting our mother settled in. The facility is clean and even the food taste good. Im very happy with everything they do and I credit it all with how well the director manages the facility.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to sincerely thank the staff at Westmoreland Rehab for the outstanding care they provided to my dear friend during his stay. From the very beginning, it was clear that he was in good hands. The entire team was compassionate, professional, and truly dedicated to his well-being. A very special thank you to Cocoa ( Robin) Simpson—her kindness, patience, and warm presence brought so much comfort during a difficult time. Cocoa and the staff were incredibly diligent in helping to carry out my friend’s wishes, and that level of care and respect meant the world to me! Westmoreland Rehab went above and beyond in making sure he was treated with dignity, compassion, and understanding. I’m deeply grateful for everything they did, and I highly recommend their care to any family in need of support for their loved ones!
My approximate 6-week stay at Westmoreland was absolutely wonderful. Every single person treated me like family, and to tell you the truth, I’m homesick for it. I would like to name all the people who gave me exceptional care and service. They even cheered for me when it was time for my discharge, which meant so much to me. There is not enough room here, but I will be writing a letter to Management soon to give credit where it is due. You all should be very proud of your Rehab and Care Center. I’m ready to move back in. Please thank everyone for me. I highly recommend Westmoreland Rehabilitation and Care Center without any hesitation. It was the next best thing to home.
Mom has only been there for a few weeks, but so far this place has been great. The staff is friendly and attentive. All the people there seem to really enjoy their job, which can be really tough sometimes. I would definitely recommend this place for rehab or long term care.
My grandfather stayed there for a bit and I was very pleased with how a few of the staff members took care of things. Especially Alexis! She was so sweet and kind and couldn’t be more helpful!
