This place is horrible. Management does not care about the residents or staff. The amount of neglect in this place is overwhelming and just down right sad and inhumane. Do not bring your loved ones in here. The amount of black mold everywhere is disgusting, they leave people in urine stained beds for days they never serve water or drinks to residents. Residents get ignored and forgot about bc of always being understaffed. Then they bring agency in that just cares about getting an extra buck they still don't do their job. There is bed bugs, cockroaches, and even found a baby snake in a residents room. When state shows up they cover up everything and people actually start doing their jobs 🙄 this place is down right ridiculous 😒. And should be shut down immediately. I know of 3 deaths of residents that was due and caused by the cna's.

It's truly sad to see negative comments about this facility. The staff is compassionate and truly cares for the residents as well as their family members. Management is awesome and strives to make improvements every opportunity that arises. The residents are happy and respond well to the staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this facility.

I only gave one star because I liked the pt ladies. This place is horrible! My dad's clothes disappeared the first day. He came home this morning in someone else's pants. None of his pants made it home and only one shirt and his jacket made it home and no socks. The administrator passed the buck when I asked about his missing clothes and why he was in a bed with urine stains for four days. I could go on and on but this is long enough.
