The facility is raggedy, half completed jobs every. The residents aren't cared for properly, and made to do the work that staff members don't feel they should have to do. Most residents don't get to leave the facility, and the ones that can are frequently told that staff doesn't have time to take a walk to town with them. Staff does however have time to be on their phones, smoke and drink in the facility, and frequently neglect to do their job. The dishes they are given are dirty and unsanitary. The ice machine has mold and bugs in it, who knows the last time it was cleaned. The facility itself is disgusting as there aren't any housekeepers. Other than the residents themselves hardly anyone at the facility makes any effort to clean. The only positive comments are from members of staff and their family members. If you love or care about your people, you should absolutely not put them in this facility. In most aspects it is no better than a prison, in some aspects it is worse. Upper management as well as corporate know of these problems and complaints. The same complaints that have been made multiple times in the last 4 years. Nothing has been or will be done. Do not send your loved ones to this facility. It serves as no more than a nursing home. They do not rehabilitate anyone as the paycheck they get from having beds full is of more importance than helping people. Your people will suffer here do not send anyone you care about here.

Alexandra Merschbrock's profile photo

Do not send your loved ones here. This place is not a rehabilitation facility. They don’t help their patients with recovery AT ALL! It’s basically a prison so they can’t use but it’s not real recovery! It’s practically a nursing home and the staff are rude and unhelpful. Patients do not receive the care they need and have no access to therapy or anyone else to guide in their recovery. The food is nasty and uneatable, patients often go to bed hungry, being refused second helpings when they can manage to choke it down. Outside of meals they’re allowed only one snack a day. If you notice most of these reviews were done by staff, not the patients themselves. They don’t help you actually recover so you can get back to a real life. Most patients end up living out their lives in here. This place should have been shut down years ago and I’m so disappointed this hasn’t been dealt with. I will never send anyone to this facility again and emphatically deter anyone else who wants to do so. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. People with a substance abuse and mental health disorders are still human and should be treated as such. As of right now, this place is barely above a prison sentence. Except people in prison receive more recovery assistance than this so called “rehabilitation center.”

I can't see anything wrong with this place. The staff is excellent, it's not new but it's a good place to be
