My husband is currently in this place where they don’t seem to have all the ducks in a row. Slow to answer pull cord and seem to not be well versed in major Wound care problems. I think they need to be better informed from the patients doctors on care for them and be patient with the patients. Some of them are going through life changing issues and get bigger bed pans. And phones in patients room’s.
I am currently a resident in here for rehabilitation for a stroke do not send your family members here this place is ridiculous they do not answer the call buttons they do not care I could die of a heart attack or stroke before they ever answered the call button. I got here yesterday evening and I waited for 22 hours to get my pain medication. I pressed the call button at 4:10 a.m.,and I didn't receive my medication until 4:50 a.m. I am working very hard to try to get out of this place because it will kill me. It is hard enough to try to recover from a stroke and a recent cancer diagnosis, that being in here it's one of the worst mistakes I have made.
Totally understaffed for the amount of residencies. Very slow in responding to call lights. What staff they have, have been friendly and helpful, just been overworked due to being understaffed.
Most of the staff is rude the place always smells they do not keep track of appointments we give them lists of dad's appointments they lose them they are nosey I could go on and on about about what is wrong with this nursing home but I don't have the time to do so so I will make it short and to the point they are not fit to care for people they really should be shut down we are looking for a different place for dad just in case the doctor doesn't want him to be discharged home yet but he will not be staying in this hell hole in I'm sorry we ever though of this place for his rehab
