My mom has been at Rensselaer Care Center for over a year. I cannot say enough good things about the staff in all departments. They are amazing. The care they give my Mom is top notch. Any request or concern I have is addressed immediately. The staff look after her like they would their own loved ones. If my Dad was still alive, he would be so happy to see how loved and well cared for she is.
The girls in the memory care unit are awesome with my father in law. They have daily conversations with him and treat him like any normal adult. They are very good at keeping in contact with us about any medical changes and letting him call my husband when he asks. Great facility, very happy with them.
RCC is a wonderful place. The staff is very helpful and caring. There are always smiles on their faces as they care for their many residents. The care is very personalized. The staff seeks to know each resident and their preferences and do their best to accommodate all the residents in a very homey environment. Everyone there goes the extra mile to make each resident comfortable, safe, and healthy.
