I could not have asked for a better facility to care for my family. My experience with this facility has been the best by far. The staff is so caring and in tune with their residents. Any concerns that I had was addressed very quickly by staff and management. Speaking of management you can tell that they are dedicated to their facility and take great pride in the tiny details to make it run smoothly. The facility is exceptionally clean and well kept, unlike other facilities I’ve visited. One of the things I loved the most about this facility is the feeling of being at home. I highly recommend if you are looking for a place for your loved ones to consider Signature Healthcare of Georgetown you will not regret it.

If I could have less than 1 star I would have. They let my father fall and break his back. They have no respect for their residents that do not have full time care givers staying with them. He was a fall risk but they did nothing to assist him when he needed to go the bathroom. They let him dirty his pants during physical therapy and did not clean him up afterwards he was sitting in wet dirty pants when we arrived. When we confronted them about his fall and the incident we were told that a mediation form had been signed and we had no options for justification for his life altering fall. And when I tried reaching out to the ombudsman we were ignored

I brought my grandmother here for care after a few fractures directly from the hospital. The first night was awful and the space was worn, dirty, and tiny without a window. The night CNA was so rude that my grandmother wanted to leave early the next morning. After that, the staff was very accommodating and seemed to want to fix the issues she experienced. She was given a much better room in the rehab wing. The nurses and staff were nice, but not overly helpful. Had I not visited every day, certain daily care rituals would not have happened. We had to change her sheets and give her a bath twice, since the staff missed her shower days twice. I don't think they changed her sheets at all other than the time we changed them for her. The care seems to be minimal, especially for a 92 year old with fresh fractures - or maybe they are understaffed. They do have daily activities and therapy, which she enjoyed. The rehab wing is MUCH cleaner than the other wing (not sure what it's called).

The smile on the staff faces made it clear they loved what they do .. The building is very clean and no odors . The therapy department does a fantastic job . The food was very good and hot when I visited. I would recommend GT to anyone.

It's taking me all most two years to make this post. My mother was a resident there and on her first day there they let her fall. Some of the workers there have bad attitude. I had to stand up for her and when I did they took it out on her when I was not there. I went there everyday and it was always something wrong. They let her sat in pee and poop for hour when I wasn't there. Even when I put the call light on know one came. She died four months later , there was only one person there that was kind to me and it was Mrs. Charlotte she was at the front desk I will always appreciate her kindness.
