My dad was there twice! He always received great care. Melissa the NP was great always answering our questions, making sure we all understood what process. Staff was friendly and helpful. Every business has it's bad days but the Pines has many more good days. than bad days. Their physical therapy is the best. Always working well the need of the resident. Always with the goal to them reach their full potential. Facility is cleaner than other I've been in. Thank you Gladwin Pines for the love and compassion you showed my dad at his worse time in life. Appreciate the great care he received.
