My aunt is a client at Magnolia Manor-Greenwood. She is so happy there. She is thriving more than she has in years!!! The staff is phenomenal!!! Denise, Social Worker, has been exceptional. Her knowledge has benefited my aunt and myself as a care giver. She is very responsive to my questions or any need my aunt may have at any given time. Great follow through. Edith, Jennifer and Valerie have always been helpful. My aunt’s daily care could not be better. I will name those that I have relied on since day one. Many of the staff members have been great but their names escape me or I cannot spell the name. Carla and Anastasia are fantastic, caring nurses!!! I have been a nurse since 1979 (LPN, surgical tech, ADN, BSN , Advanced Practice Registered Nurse First Assistant). I would be proud to work with any of these staff members. The CNA’s are awesome. Leah and Precious are incredible and irreplaceable. . My aunt’s daily care is spot on and she never wants for anything. I cannot say enough positive things about Magnolia Manor-Greenwood. Kudos to each and every staff member!!! Thank you for all that you do for your clients!!!

The Mothers Day Tea was very nice. The ladies put a lot of effort into it and everyone had a wonderful time. The facility seems to be getting back on track. TWO MONTHS AGO This used to be a clean and wonderful place. Now it smells like urine everytime i visit. My grandmother is always alone and has fell several times. The “alarm” they had on her wasn’t even turned on. I don’t t know what has happened in the last year but it continues to worsen.

specialized data's profile photo

Knowing at this outfit seems to know what the other hand is doing they are kind of discombobulated. In other words if there is another facility that is rated higher it would be better to have your loved ones at a different place thank you.

My sister has cancer and was place in Magnolia Manor for therapy in hopes she would get to go home. She was left in the bed for 4 1/2 days without getting her up. When they got her up (that was her therapy according to the PT) she had no plan for any other therapy. Obviously understaffed, she had to wait 2 hours for a pain pill. The place smells horrible. This is definitely not a - get what you pay for place.
