This place is top shelf when it comes to customer care! I was there for 2 months and I can’t say enough about how I was taken care of. Three shifts running and they all were great. First shift my day always started with Cathy and Daylin and always a good morning to me and ran the hall like a well oiled machine. Then there is all the ones that took care of me through out the day. Adriana,Amaya,Kiley and Sarah. Then second shift Kyndal,Elle,Sheena,Deonce and Liz Then the third shift Jasmine,Maria,Christina,Myra and Cortney. I just hope the owners and administration here realize what great people they have here doing this great thing of making you feel so welcome and cared for

Toxic chemicals: I want to express my concern about the use of strong ambient scents and/or plug-ins (and other deodorizing sprays) throughout the nursing home. While the facility is otherwise a very welcoming and pleasant environment, the overpowering fragrances can be overwhelming and potentially harmful. Many residents, including those with asthma, COPD, or allergies, could be at risk due to the intensity of these scents. A relative lives in the nursing home. They have asthma and has been complaining of breathing issues, which I believe may be aggravated by these strong scents. When my family visits, we notice that the smell of the deodorizers and/or Lysol lingers on our clothes for hours afterward, which highlights just how strong these chemicals are in the air. If the use of products like Lysol is being employed to protect against the spread of illness, perhaps there is a way to use less of it or find alternatives, as the current levels are extremely powerful. Rather than relying on heavy deodorizers, I encourage the nursing home to consider improving ventilation and adopting thorough cleaning practices to maintain a fresh and healthy environment. Strong chemical scents may create the impression of cleanliness, but they can also negatively impact the well-being of vulnerable residents. I hope the facility takes this feedback into consideration for the health and comfort of all who live there. Thank you, Golden, for how well you care for my relative and will continue to do so.

My grandmother is there for only about 30 more days they will let her go home. I just got off the phone with her she saying she caught covid. What in the world are these staffs doing to these elderly people? Are they not sanitizing everything? My grandmother says they put her in a room in the same hallway as everyone els with covid. And the staffs are not making sure everything is taken care of.
