Both of my parents received exceptional care at Willow Creek. The entire staff was compassionate, attentive, and truly treated them with dignity and respect...like family. I’m so grateful for the peace of mind they gave our family during a difficult time. Highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking quality care for their loved ones.

What a tough job! The staff at Willow Creek are great. From the kitchen staff, to the aides to the nurses. Dad had a stroke so he can't speak well, but everyone always says Hi to him as I push him up and down the halls to spend a bit of time out of his room. For our family, Willow Creek has been a blessing. Thanks to everyone who does the things no one else can do!

Grandfather has been there for a while and we love it! The staff is wonderful and they have a preschool there that interacts with the residents and they just light up the room when they come in to sing happy birthday at lunch to them. The staff is great and always know us and are warm and helpful. They have parties and people that come with pets for the residents too. Go ahead and sign me up because they should have every nursing home be just like this one!

My father was there and after four days there he was left on the floor only in a shirt dirty underwear and socks no one went in to check on him or bathed him. He is recovering in the hospital and they said they don't want him back. He's a military veteran and if they treated him like that imagine what the other patients are going through by nursing staff that stay there for only 30 minutes to 1 hour.

These people are top notch! They gave us another whole year with my Aunt we wouldn't have had without the help from this facility. Thank you all ;)
