I’m so impressed with this nursing facility. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and treats residents like family. The building is spotless and organized, and you can tell they take cleanliness and safety seriously. It’s comforting to know the residents are in such good hands. They provide not only excellent medical care but also genuine compassion, which makes all the difference.

I would like to commend Edgewater for the excellent care that was given to my aunt while there for 100 days. The staff was always kind, warm and accommodating. The facility was kept clean and odor free. Most impressive was the case manager, Isha who was professional, caring and attentive. Isha ensured that my aunt was taken care of while in patient and that her outpatient needs were met with exceptional expertise. She followed up with myself and her son and was an outstanding resprestative for the organization. Thank you all for taking care of our most precious family member. We are happy that she told us that while there everyone was always nice and she had not complaints. Best of Wishes, Mona Clayton, MSN, RN, CEO

The Facility is very clean and the people are very welcoming! Jordan at the reception is very polite and pleasant. Dave, the Administrator and MJ, the DON are very professional and very approachable, and easy to deal with. Both have pleasant demeanor. Case Manager Isha is a sweetheart and always wear a smile. Everyone is so nice and very welcoming. From Adon Antonio, to Maricruz from Admission, and SW Penelope, and Vheryll from Medical Records, the Dietary Supervisor, Pao from MDS, and DSD are just few staff who are nothing but accommodating and helpful. I am one of the vendors happened to be visiting this facility. With my 27 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry, I see when employees feel valued and supported by leaders like Dave & MJ, it shows how happy they are in their workplace. Great leaders like them who foster a positive environment is the main key to a happy place like Edgewater. When staff are happy, the residents are happy, too.
