I visited my brother at the Long Beach post Acute facility and I was so pleased the minute I stepped in the door. The social worker, Angie, came to escort me in and she was friendly and at the same time, professional and very attentive to all our needs and the Activities’s Director dropped in to mention a special event for my brother. When my brother stepped out with some dirty laundry, a person with a smile said “ Is that laundry bag for me?” We were able to freely have lunch in a designated room and to Walk around to stretch our legs in the premises and outdoors. I felt like my brother was treated with a lot of respect and dignity and I was very happy that he was receiving care here. He was happy and felt respected, and that is very important to me.

I was a resident there from May 2023 until February of 2024. The nursing and activities staff are outstanding! My accolades go out to Stephanie, Eric, Irwin, Jaz and the really good looking dude overnight -station 1...(all LVN's). EVERY SINGLE CNA there! What a thankless job! Well, thank you your kindness and dedication! The admin staff is somewhat removed but that is understandable. However, they are very polite and kind 😇 Alex is very cool, plus her has a groovy motorcycle! Activities staff is amazing. They reignited my artistic skills and made me so happy to participate in all activities...well Karioke, not so much, LoL! I love the staff, all of them! I am absolutely thankful for my stay there! It was positive and rewarding on so many levels! Patricia Ann Boger
