DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY TO CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES! This facility is disgraceful, disgusting and the NURSES and CNAs do NOT know what they are doing. My mother was actively having symptoms of a STROKE for 2+ HOURS and when we brought it to their attention her rapid decline LVN CALVIN said to me “it is cold and flu season so this may be normal” it clearly was not normal because my mother is now DEAD DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE STAFF AND NURSES HERE! I went to speak with the administrator the day of my mom’s passing and he totally shook it off. I have the entire conversation recorded. And still no one has got back to me with names and time stamps of this negligence. PLEASE IF YOU LOVE YOUR LOVED ONE DO NOT SEND THEM HERE! We are now stuck trying to understand the death of my mom that could have been PREVENTED! Let me also mention my mother would have died in their facility if it weren’t for my mother’s roommate calling me and yelling at the nurses to call 911! This was at 12am the hospital my mother was pronounced deceased told us her symptoms started around 10pm and let us know this was due to negligence. We were a very attentive and present family for my mom imagine what they do to patients who have no one! Nurses responsible at the time names are Calvin, Ian, and Meagan they’re may be more names. Let me also mention my mother died in the same dirty gown we had last seen her at 6:05pm earlier that Sunday her CNA DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE HUMANITY TO CHANGE MY MOTHERS GOWN. My mother’s death was called at 2:45am those 2+ hours of NEGLIGENCE took my mother from us no amount of money or words will ever bring my mother back.
