My experience with Pruitt Health Care has been very positive. The staff has been great in helping me with my grandmother. From the medical treatment to the business office and everything in between has been very good. The business office manager, Stacey, was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. She is a great communicator and she has a lot of respect and understanding for the patients she is working with. Thank you to the staff of Pruitt Health for all your hard work and dedication to our community..
Terrible, terrible, terrible. They don't follow through on ANYTHING they say and that SOCIAL WORKER needs to be fired.(I won't tell the story here.) I have pictures. The reviews about no rehab etc are all true. Please believe the folks that posted about this place. I usually am skeptical about reviews but I've experienced the stuff posted. These people are NOT lying. Rehab? What a joke. When you call to report issues to the hotline, there is absolutely no follow up from the company. They don't even bother to take your name and number. Which speaks volumes.
I was in over night and asked to get me out! Spoke to head of nursing and she was wonderful, but wasn't able to make things right. Woke up next day and said get me out of here. Night shift nurse was sarcastic, crass and rude. I've never had a nurse that hateful. I sat in wet bed for over hours, no one answered buzzer. Is supposed to be open 24 hrs, but when my family called the front desk over 20 times, got no answer. Anyone could walk in and shoot up the place and no one could stop them. No security. Nurses yelling to each other in the hallway all night. I got no rehab therapy while I was there, so I went home. If they got rid of the night nurse named Keisha, it would be a better place. She belittled the CNA in front of me and was just plain hateful.
This place should not even be open. My mom was at this facility for physical therapy to get her up and walking after a hospital stay. To say they did the bare minimum is an understatement. She was weaker when she left! In fact, she didn’t even come home. She had to go back to the hospital with fluid overload. Had the nursing staff been more attentive, they would have seen how she was struggling to breathe but I promise you they don’t care! Some of the staff are ok but most don’t even hide the fact that they don’t care about the residents. I had to call up there almost every day because my mom was either ignored or didn’t get her therapy at all! Their excuse was that they only had four therapists trying to get to everyone and work around her dialysis schedule. While I understand that, this is what they agreed to provide and I’m sure they had enough people working to accept the insurance payments that were made to them for these services. I even spoke with the administrator and nothing changed. I’ve talked with several people in the medical field about this place and they ALL say that they hear this all the time about this location. I regret sending her here and not just doing PT at home. Maybe she would still be with us if we did. I beg you to read the other reviews and go somewhere else!! They WILL NOT take care of your family member!
The facility is very clean. All staff are polite & helpful. Therapist are knowledgeable & helpful to my uncle. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.
