Highland Oaks Health Center has brought up their standards for care and facility conditions. Their staff is courteous and caring. The staff goes out of their way to help and assist to the needs of their residents. The facility is clean and there are no malicious odors. Actually, a beautiful fragrance fills the lobby and various areas which only builds the impression you get on the attention to detail this facility dedicates themselves too. The renovations were done with sensitivity to residents and staff and really looks amazing! You will not be disappointed with Highland Oaks!

As I sit here in my mom’s room, I am watching the Amazing care and service everyone brings to the table for all of their patients. They are so kind and compassionate. They are so loving to her, and they make my whole family feel loved and welcome as well. They go out of their way to make sure my dad is taken care of when he visits and bend over backwards to ensure the families are happy, and their patients are well taken care of. It warms my heart to watch these selfless people work tirelessly to ensure these people are treated as though it is their own family member. I applaud their kindness and work ethic, I couldn’t ask for a better place for my mom to find peace. Kudos to the team, the leadership, the training program and the awareness of finding top talent! Thank you highland oaks!

Your admissions director, Tiffany, gave us a tour of the facility today. She was knowledgeable and patient with us, answering many questions to our satisfaction. The facility was neat and clean and each staff member we encountered either smiled or said “hello.” My husband and I are looking forward to his father’s placement and believe he will integrate well.
