My father died within the walls of love and compassion at Providence Place. As it takes a village to raise a child, it takes a village to care for a dying parent. I feel blessed that Providence Place was our village. The administrators, nursing staff, social service staff, occupational and physical therapists, and other support staff provided exceptional care to my father in their own respective ways. He was treated with respect and dignity until the moment he took his final breath. Thank you, Providence Place! Love, Rasheed & Anisa

A warning to anyone that has a loved one the care about. DO NOT PUT THEM IN THAT PLACE! My mother was in the facility for 6 days and in that six days it was nothing but problems. My mother laid on urine soaked sheets and got told they had no clean in the facility. When I sent her back to the hospital by ambulance she was in the same gown she arrived in from the hospital 6 days prior. I reported this place to the state and filed charges for abuse on a vulnerable adult. The state felt I had a claim because they opened up a federal case. I was also told by employees to get my mother out out of that facility. There were many times that they forgot to bring food to her and feed her but when they did, it was unacceptable and didn’t bring her acceptable food until a family member complained. People need to be more compassionate and empathetic to our elderly and treat them with respect and dignity. It broke my heart to leave these people in there because if they’re gonna do This to someone that has family that’ll speak up what are they doing to someone that doesn’t have anyone. I told the staff there that they should be embarrassed to work in healthcare and they should find a new career because to treat a human being in that type of way is unacceptable inappropriate and just wrong. I love my mother and nobody will ever abuse her ever again she is now gaining weight and thriving. So like I said, if you love your family member, don’t put them here.

My Mother is residing at Providence Place as of January 2025 and when I talk with her she speaks with better happiness and great laughter of feeling better of her new location. I've noticed the difference about my parent and recognize the improvement that she have entered into. Congratulations, (Providence Place): And continue to progress mom (Mrs A. B. F.)? I'm sending my best regards of love to you. Happy Valentine Day 02/14/2025 and let God in the name of Jesus bless you with many, many more awesome blessings.? Thank you,

It’s mind blowing how this place 3.5⭐️ when in reality it should at Most have 1⭐️. Listen to me Do Not Leave Your Family Here this place is not clean nor welcoming. If I could put a 0⭐️ I would bc it’s a Horrible place to live in, it is one of The Worst Places! I have a friend staying here temporarily and the times I looked for staff they were no where to be found for over 15mins. I ended up finding out they like to hide in areas like the laundry room or trash room🤡. They nearly changed her or attend to her. You ask for something and they don’t bring I would be there for hourssss and nothing. The times I visited I felt bad for the other residents there. One time a resident had a dipper so wet that it was pulling his pants down. The poor man was walking around holding his pants up bc his dipper was so heavy from urine. The lack of work ethics and compassion from the workers there is insane. Only people who are cruel and heartless leave their parents or family Here.

The place seemed clean, and the staff I came in contact with seemed very nice, but my friend who was recovering from surgery had some issues. She soiled her pants and they wouldn’t help her for hours! They took her clothes and never returned them. She’s a vegetarian and they keep giving her chicken broth soup and vegetables that had a meat flavor. Kept serving her just salads. She said the food was awful. I know taking care of seniors is a tough job, but they need to be more attentive and caring towards their patients.
