I’m incredibly grateful for the support and service I’ve received during my time here at Napa Post Acute. From the moment I arrived, the staff showed genuine care and compassion. The nurses are always on the ball—attentive, professional, and ready to help—and the CNAs go above and beyond in every way. I was going through a rough personal time—physically and mentally—and having the support of the team here made all the difference. Talking with the nurses and CNAs helped me feel seen and human again. One CNA in particular, Maria, was a daily light in my routine—she brought me a hot chocolate every morning with such kindness it always lifted my spirits. I also want to express my deep thanks to the administration for being so kind in allowing me into the facility, and for the time and effort they’ve put into my care. Their grace and willingness to work with me through hard moments means more than words can say. A huge thank you as well to the Physical Therapy department. They’ve done an amazing job working with me, always encouraging me and pushing me to do my best. Their energy, knowledge, and consistent support have played a huge role in my recovery, and I truly feel stronger because of them. I know I haven’t been the easiest resident, but the patience and dignity this facility has offered me is something I’ll never forget. Thank you to everyone at Napa Post Acute who walked beside me—you’ve made a lasting impact. I truly believe that working in this field is a commitment of service, and am in awe at the hard work I’ve seen the women and men who work here put in! Thank you all at Napa Post Acute for your service to the community for all who are in need of help to recover!

I've been in the healthcare business since 2007 and have never met a social worker like Elna. It's a difficult job but her smile never wavered. Listening to her creative ways to help low income families as well as those that have the means was inspiring. We will look for ways to give back to Napa Post Acute.

They treated my mother (who suffered from dementia) inhumanly. They stole her personal property and didn't return to the family (jewelry, clothes,...etc.) let her leave facility w/o any concern or contact any family member for her well being. (Which a senior alert had to be implemented) ***Disgusting facility***

I want to point out that my mom was not near death when she went into this place. She went there because I work nights and she was having panic attacks and she had a bed sore on her butt. She told me that she hated it there and she wanted to come home and those people convinced me that this was the best place for her.And in my opinion they killed her. She was taken to dialysis and brought back to the facility Her blood pressure was high My mom was on patches and pills for her Blood Pressure. She needed both the pills were not enough. They gave her pills but I honestly don't believe they changed her patches. I get a call that they found my mom unresponsive. And they tried cpr to bring her back but she was dead. And I honestly believe that she would not have had died if she was in my care. These people don't care. It's not their loved ones and they don't care. My mom died alone and unloved surrounded by people who were supposed to save her life.I honestly believe they killed her due to their negligence. If I have to live with that now. Please don't send your people here. Please keep them alive.

Clean and Friendly! The team at Napa Post is top notch. The nurses are all very qualified and helpful. The facility is newly remodeled and well maintained. I have had great experiences every time that I have met with anyone there. I would not hesitate to send my family members there if they needed nursing or therapy services.
