Youngest person in there. They were suppose to rebuilitate her you would think they would try and help rebuilitate but no. walked in multiple times to her in a wheelchair in a corner with staff nearby she sat there for like 30 minutes they dropped her 4 times hit her head bruises on arms walked into her in bed tangled in sheets struggling they don't get she had a brain bleed there incompetent she also had nausea and was puking signs of brain bleed did nothing just gave her ginger ale no nausea meds or going to hospital the next day she had a brain bleed and she was put on hospice and sadly passed get new workers some were good but most of them just ignored her when they should have helped get her better.
My mom was in the care of piners for two weeks; it was extremely frustrating and sad. She was recovering from a large brain bleed and was in the process of receiving physical therapy and trying to re-learn everyday skills. She had fallen out of her wheel chair and bed multiple times while under their care. We told them she was a fall risk the first day. We filled out paper work saying she was a fall risk. Since she had fallen multiple times, piners suggested we get a sitter to stay with her in her room. They dropped her bed closer to the floor. They thought this was safer. She started to crawl out of bed and would end up on the floor, tangled in bed sheets. She started to have a head ache and feel nauseous so they gave her Tylenol and medication for nausea. She was actually having a brain bleed and was taken to the hospital a day later. If I could do it all over, I would have chosen a different facility, or brought her home.
