I would like to let everyone know whoever needs help for an elderly parent or they're partner. Life Care Center of Ocala Is the only place to take your loved one. I can't say enough good things about Brian. Without his help , this would have been a very difficult journey for our grandma. She was in and out of the hospital several times each time Brian made sure they had a bed for her when she got out. They took extra care with the physical therapy,so when she came home , she wasn't bound to a wheelchair. Our case manager, Melissa was extremely helpful. The nursing staff was spot on. The amount of care and empathy they gave grandma was Is absolutely heartwarming. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. Carl & Connie

I’ve been visiting my mom whenever I can. She’s unable to walk due to her fractured knee, so she has to remain in bed to let it heal rather than undergo surgery right away. I can feel her loneliness—days without company can feel endless—so I bring her old photo albums and memory boxes to help her cherish the beautiful moments of her life and keep her mind occupied. It’s been two weeks now, and we still have a long journey ahead together. The staff here have been nothing short of amazing, facing daily challenges while working tirelessly to care for every patient with dedication and compassion.

My brother Daniel was a patient at Life Care Center of Ocala and we were impressed with the staff and facilities during his nearly one month post-hospital stay for rehabilitation. We were very impressed with the physical and occupational care team - they were all very conscientious and capable. Also, one of his nurses, Melissa Garcia, went above and beyond in her work with him. She was very communicative with us as family, and really took the extra time to keep us informed about his progress and concerns. She is an outstanding and compassionate professional and we are thankful to her.

1. Nice facility, but staff should respond in a more timely manner, so residents do Not have to use diapers when they do Not want to. 2. Residents do not get Fresh, Ice water often enough (need ice). They need fresh water to flush their kidneys & get toxins out of their system.
