When I went to visit my uncle John here he was quite happy and in great condition. The place was clean and we'll kept, the staff there had even set a time to get take out for all the people there, for the time i was there they were very prompt on getting his diapers changed when he needed it, what a great place.Keep up the great work y'all!

My sister marguerite has lived at florence a year and ten days. I think they are doing a great job of caring for her.  I visit 2x a week and feel content about how they care for her.
She was pretty sick in the beginning and they kept working with her.  The staff does care.
