⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Family is truly the focus of this home. It’s not just another nursing facility—it’s a place where you’re surrounded by people who genuinely care. The warmth, compassion, and dedication from the staff make all the difference. You can feel the love the moment you walk through the doors. Highly recommend!
Mom had a 21 day stay here after fracturing her hip. I picked Northpoint because of the 5 star reviews from Medicare and the internet. This place is a hot mess. It reeks of urine, the physical therapy room is in chaos.Mom would regularly pee her diaper because it was hard to get someone to take her. Another problem we ran into was with mom was in physical therapy. If she was in pt while they were having a meal, they would forget to feed her. She also complained that about how horrible the food was. I guess the cook had quit and one of the staff was doing the cooking. They also have no clue about delirium which is very common in elderly people in hospital or nursing home situations. I was more stress having her there then I would have been having her home.
Been here at North Point for 10 days now ,fell and broke my hip . There is a Head Nurse here that has a very bad attitude! Never has a smile on her face , she has confronted me at least 5 times to make ridiculous comments! Kind of puts me in a bad mood 😒 NOT only that a Financial woman spoke to me , she introduced herself then proceeded to tell me I had been there 20 days and owed them $ 500 and some dollars! I have only been here 10 days ! What is wrong with some of these Employees here ? They shouldn't be here to make residents and patients unhappy 😒 NO wonder alot of the other employees are unhappy when they are working here ❣️NOT only that there needs to be alot of repairs there ! Thank you ,Michelle Lewis
She was only there 7 hours pure neglected went and got her wouldn't recommend for my worst enemy dog
They said she would be up and walking in 20 days. They didn’t start rehab or what they called rehab till she had been there over 8 days. Then it visits were not up to par. They were short staffed so family members were left to feed and change basically take care of her the whole time she was there. She got a bed sore with no one even working at making it heal or keeping from getting worse. If you have a family member there I would check on them cause they are not being taken care off. They actually showed us where to get the supplies needed to take care of her.
