I have seen the ups and downs in this building. But I have been a witness to the amazing facility it is becoming now. From The time you enter the building now the atmosphere has tremendously changed. The administrator Levonia has worked very hard to get this facility back where it needs to be. Her new DON Stacy is absolutely amazing and I have seen her in action right on that floor with her staff. The residents all seem so much more happier. Way to go signature of Roanoke rapids!!! Can’t wait to see you all continue to grow become the best for our town.

I know its crazy that I keep writing these reviews even though it's almost 3 weeks since I left there. But in the nearly 60 days I was there so many staff members touched my life in such a positive way that I feel the need to remind them and everyone there what their attention to me has meant to me. Well I already mentioned Leslie, but there was also Katrina and Amanda who both worked so hard to get me the benefits I was owed by the state and they also found me a new place to go when my time was up there. Then theres Danielle the absolute coolest driver ive ever had. I miss all you guys so much. And then I have to also mention Stacey. The DON,lol. Like the mob bosses. Even though she was helping in the background I always knew it was her whenever the nurses couldn't figure out the change orders in my meds from the docs ,she always made sure I got what I needed when I needed it. Thanks to you all for the hugs( Katrina) and the loveya, mean it ( Stacey) and Amanda you just for being you and not letting me give up hope or faith when I had lost all hope and faith. There's still more to mention and I will as it comes to me. I'm still trying to adjust to my new surroundings and aclimate to still colder wetter weather . But I really do miss just about everyone there and I hope you all never forget me because I won't forget any of you!

First of all, six months ago this review would have been very different. However today, Signature Healthcare for the residents has improved tremendously under the leadership of the new Administration, Levonia Gunter. The staff is pleasant, professional and genuinely willing to assist in making our families comfortable. The new doctor, Patel has already called and discussed his role in my dad's care and stay. The building is spotless, the receptionist desk is manned, employees are doing their job and welcoming and willing to assist. Ms. Gunther has weeded out all of the problems my family had of late and holding employees accountable for their jobs and the well being of our love ones. She always available to discuss any concerns I've had. My dad is content and that means the world to my family. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of a caring place for your live ones. My mom and my siblings rest much better now.
