A few months ago, we placed our Mum in this nursing home and they just loved on her from the beginning. She is very appreciative of what they do to help her. It’s an old building but is well kept. They even just put a fresh coat of paint on the inside. We are thankful for Roberta Health and Rehab.
I notified the nurse three times that my mother needed to be changed from 2:50-4:16pm. After 45 minutes of waiting, my sister and I decided to change her ourselves. It smelled awful in the entire facility. Granted, I did notice a janitor mopping, however the smell of urine was way louder than the clorox. The nurses were very inattentive. Definitely not a place you would send a loved one for care!
I moved my mom to Roberta Rehab from another facility. Roberta staff really care for their residents. It always smells clean. They keep me informed about her care. She loves being there. She is very happy and well take care of. Special thanks to Tonya, tomeka,Delisha, Shirley jean..you ladies give your residents hope and put smile on their faces.Everybody( Renee, lashonda. Please forgive me if I forget some of you names)this facility does a great job. THANK YOU ALL!
General Public, I have a heartfelt appreciation for the administration and staff at Roberta Health and Rehab. They have a first-class, credible operation; in addition, they are going above and beyond the call of duty in providing skilled-quality care for my dear mother. My mother has major health problems, but the administration and nursing units represent the epitome of excellence upon improving the quality of my mother's life. Furthermore, the staff provides effective communication to me when dealing with my mother's affairs. I truly thank them for their superb service. Marcus Early, Ed.D.
Mother has been a resident of Roberta Health and Rehab for the past 2 years. The staff is always helpful and caring. If anything changes with Mother's condition, I am alerted quickly.
