Place is a bit dated and somewhat short staffed. Some caregivers/nurses are more caring and understanding and to others it's just a job. It's not exactly the best... but not the worst. Praying things get better for my precious Mom so she doesn't have to be here.
This place was awesome. The staff, facilities and atmosphere. I hadn't been in a facilities in some time since my great grandmother was still alive and it reminded me alot of when I visited her. Keep up the great work. My mother in law was there for rehabilitation and was a very homie vibe. We already discussed that we would use this facility again if needed. Thanx!
The facility is clean and organized. The staff was professional, courteous and attentive. The facility smelled clean and there were no off putting smells. My only concern was finding someone to let me out after 7pm. Visiting hrs are until 8pm, however, the doors lock at 7pm- there was no one manning the nurses station where the door controls are and to answer the phone. I did like the security system they had in place at the front where you could sign your self in and go through some prompts to get a visitors badge. I would have rated it 5 stars if someone was easily available to work the exit door and someone was manning the nurses station at all times.
My stepmom Virginia Schafroth has been a patient here since Oct 30th. ALL the staff , nurses, PT/OT, social worker and nursing assistant (Christian), DON Ashleigh ALL went above and beyond. Excellent job! Would recommend this place! Raving reviews from my 90 year old father too! Kudos!
I love how you have to check in to be able to get back to see the patient. Safety first. The staff is nice and friendly. Will do extra for you to make your stay comfortable.
