I was sent here for rehabilitation after a fall, resulting in a break to my humorous. Upon entering on my first day, I was very happy to find a bright clean facility. This proved to be very true and the two months I was here someone was constantly cleaning somewhere in this facility Every minute of the day. Physical therapy and occupational therapy is provided at this facility, by a very dedicated skilled, warm and motivational ,staff that Gently, continually Encourages patients To participate to regain what was lost do to injury prior to arrival. Everyone on this team is skilled and knows what they’re doing. The care/ nursing staff has also been fantastic. Willing to listen and chat as time allowed. I was especially pleased with the Certified Nursing Assistant assigned to me Monday through Friday. Positive joyful, willing to take care of me no mater what the task required. Food is institutional and balanced. Someone on the kitchen staff bakes and one meal per day had cake, pie, cobblers, a real treat. VPA also has the very best coffee Ive ever had at a medical facility.

I just want to give a shout out to the awesome staff here who took care of my grandfather. I was skeptical of nursing facilities because let’s be honest, they don’t have the best rep. However, I experienced the complete opposite as the facility itself was clean(from the patient room, to hallways and bathrooms). Never did I feel that my grandpa was neglected. The staff was beyond exceptional. I was able to speak to nurse Tasha for any concerns I had about his stay and care. Thank you for being so kind and compassionate towards my grandpa. 5 stars to you and Victorian Post Acute!

First I would like to say how wonderful Victorian Post Acute was for my dad. He was there for Physical Therapy for a month. Everyone was so awesome and helped my dad to get better and walk again. What I was really impressed about was how clean the facility was! I was amazed from when I walked in the door how fresh and clean everything was. I came to visit him often and every time I came, the housekeepers always had the room clean and fresh. I had the pleasure of meeting Eliza a couple of times and she and her team always took care of our requests. I would say that they went out of their way to help my family. I would definitely use Victorian again in the future if needed. Thank you everyone!

My mother's stay at Victorian has been far better than I anticipated. This was my mom's second stay at a rehab center, and I never wanted to have mom stay at any nursing facility since my experience at the previous facility was disappointing. However, I have been very appreciative of all the staff here at Victorian. They have been considerate, optimistic, kind and pleasure to deal with. Since we have been here more than 2 weeks, my mother and I both feel at home. Prestige has fabulous staff, especially Housekeeping, CNAs, nurses, therapists, kitchen staff. This is the cleanest facility. I toured a few more in the area and chose Victorian, this facility is the cleanest of all and smell free. Housekeeping Supervisor Eliza always attended to my mums needs whenever I approached her for linens or simply the room to be cleaned while mum was out for appointments. If I have to use a rehab facility again, I would be here. On top of all this, the place is kept so clean. Thank you, Victorian for making my mother's stay so nice and comfortable.

We are very grateful for the excellent care my grandma receives at Victorian Post Acute. She requires regular dialysis treatment, and the staff here consistently ensures she is well taken care of, both to and from the center. The administrator is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming, which gives us great peace of mind. While there is some room for improvement, such as making the bathrooms cleaner and reducing clutter in the hallways, the overall care and attention provided are commendable.
