Pavillion was a great place when I was there from June to sept of last year. It was 4 months. The nurses and the CNA's were great. My only thing was the menu as being a diabetic there was a lot of sweets and I had to advocate for myself to get salads as there was not something for me. If i didn't eat something thst jacked my blood sugar up that's less that I got. I finally worked with the administrator and got salads for me to have almost every lunch and dinner. I was shocked at the food as it was the same thing on the same day of the month. I hope the food is better as they got a new chef in the kitchen before I left. I had great care while I was there. Its just the food needed to be changed up a bit. I got sick of hard boiled eggs on Saturday breakfasts. It would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the food. I miss everyone that took care of me. They were all great. I cannot say anything negative about my care. Keep up the good work on the Rehab and long term nurses and CNA's. You guys were great and I understood when you guys had too many people with their lights going off at the same time.

I can’t say enough great things about The Pavilion at Glacier Valley! My grandmother has been staying there and the care and attention she receives from the staff is truly outstanding. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by a warm and compassionate team that goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable and valued. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and has a peaceful, home-like atmosphere. The staff is incredibly attentive, treating my grandmother with kindness and respect while keeping us well-informed about her care. Whether it's the engaging activities, delicious meals, or the individualized attention she receives, it's clear that this is a place where residents truly thrive. Knowing that my grandmother is in such capable and caring hands gives our family peace of mind. We are beyond grateful for the exceptional care and highly recommend the Pavilion to anyone looking for a high-quality senior care community.

My Mom was admitted to the Pavilion on June 20th on June 21st she was given a shower! On June 28th we started ?? When her next shower should be, none of the nurses seemed to have an answer! She now as a bed sore from uncleanliness! I walked into the social workers office on June 30th I spoke to Jamie and the head nurse and they were supposed to get me answers! Mom fell again and I received a call from a nurse and I than asked that nurse and she told me she hadn’t had a shower since June 21st! I appreciate that nurses honestly! That nurse also said she would make sure Mom got a shower that evening! I called the home on July 2nd and spoke to NP Katie and expressed my frustrations and said I would be taking her out that day! I walked into the head nurses office and tried to find out what her review showed and why I still didn’t have any answers on why she hadn’t had a shower in 11 days , she was very rude and tried to come up with many excuses and I told her that this is pure laziness and she said our conversation was over! I than set up a face to face meeting with Dawn the Administrator on July 2nd after I moved Mom back to her assisted living! I was told by Dawn the Administrator that she would investigate and get back to me early the week of July 6th! I called and left a message for Dawn the administrator on Friday July11th and Monday July 14th on her voicemail and still no call back! I will be filing a claim with the state of Wisconsin! So sad that my Mom received such horrible care and hope this deter’s anyone from placing a family member there!

I am absolutely thrilled with the care that my mom is receiving at Pavilion! We moved her here six months ago from a different facility and the change in her is amazing! The staff is so nice and they take great care of my mom. I love that it feels and looks more like a home than a hospital environment. My mom has memory issues and tends to repeat herself a lot but everyone there is so sweet and patient with her. They also have lots of activities that she enjoys and the ladies that run them always check in with the residents to see if they want to attend. Fred in Admissions made the move in process so easy and he’s still my go-to person for any questions I might have. He’s super nice and always has a smile on his face. I would definitely recommend scheduling a tour with him!

To the staff that made it possible for our father to live comfortably for almost 29 months. It was your care that made it possible for his children to have precious extra time with their father. Thank you to all you do day in and day out. Much that goes unnoticed. As our fathers children, we did notice. Thank you all so much!
