I was here for about 3 weeks & admit the 1st 2 or 3 days I was thinking I made a huge mistake, but it was more of a settling in issue & everyone getting on the same page, plus I was in tremendous pain from recently fracturing my hip & femur. After those 1st days things just fell into place & I have to say I actually wouldn't leave yet if I didn't have to for other "outside life" issues I absolutely HAVE to deal with. I will admit there are a couple employees that I do not have favorable opinions about but they are far outweighed by the many extremely friendly & highly enjoyable people they do have. While I have my extreme favorites I will not say who they are & let the battle begin between the ones I do name drop here in this long review. Just hope it's a friendly battle & they all survive it LOL. There are others I really appreciated & enjoyed talking to them & I apologize for not being able to remember their names, but I hope they know I'd name them too if my memory wasn't so bad, I wouldn't have remembered all these names if I didn't write some of them down at the start & asking others to help me with a couple others, but some are newer employees & they weren't sure who I was asking about. Let's start with the front office & I guess you'd say "back offices", either way they were the 1st people I met & needed to remember their names to get things done at 1st. Kylie (front office), Dominique (Dietary) & Yanni (Activitie) are all so friendly & can joke around with & just overall super fun to talk to & have around. They all deserve high praises cause I put them through it & they always succeeded in helping make my life a little easier. Stacy (admin & wound care) was extremely helpful & a pleasure dealing with. Now on to the mostly every day people I spent more time with & want to thank them for taking such good care of me while I was there. They are the ones who have to deal with the grumpy & happy & all the moods in between for many hours each shift & deserve the utmost respect. We must all show love to our nurses & physical therapists. The 2 therapists I worked with Alexis & Theresa were very friendly & deserve credit for combined effort with my sheer determination to get back on my feet as fast as possible. They didn't have to push me to get me going but they definitely would have if I wasn't so highly motivated! The nurses & aids were the ones around the most & I have so much respect for them all, even the ones I personally didn't vibe with. They are the true backbone/ work horses of EVERY health-care facility. So I guess I'm saving the best for last, or so they can say in the previously mentioned battle haha. Aid Jean was such a fun & easygoing lady, I loved kidding around with her & she was always so busy helping out with everything. She is an extremely hard worker so she deserves so much respect from a fellow workaholic! I see you Jean LOL. AND FINALLY those nurses who took care of me & all the other (easily 100+) patients in here. Catherine is new from what I understand & I'm telling you now, they best keep her especially compared to others I'm not naming, but a couple because I just can't remember & that's on me. She is very professional & I highly admire her hard work on getting the meds I needed in from the pharmacy, she eventually won 🏆. Christy got all my meds on a consistent schedule which was something I was having trouble with the 1st few days, especially with my pain meds which I needed badly. Then we have Judy & Linda who I really enjoyed talking to when they came into my room. These 4 nurses are stand-outs & deserve to be recognized for their hardworking & very personable attitudes to their job & patients! A+ ladies! Overall I'm glad I chose this place in the end. And hopefully I run into any one of the people working here & get to show them how I'm back on 2 feet running around like a chicken with it's head cut off (once I get there rest of the way)! Thank you very much to the entire staff that works there & double thanks to those I personally dealt with!

I am writing this on behalf of someone that is dear to me She is upset of housekeeping Management. She hired on 10-7-25. No training. On 10-11, &12 she was left by herself doing housekeeping reminding you no training. The Management said she had training (wrong) he was never there might 10% 90% gone. He said he always there. Nope. He said she did a poor job . Day before Halloween she was fired in the parking lot.. he also said she left rooms to for the other housekeeper and Management to clean wrong again. She left the place pee free place. She never had training codes wasn't working half the time especially time clock. They will lie to your face to cover there cya. If you are trying to work here, you better read the reviews. The housekeeping Management should be discipline or better training. He said he be doing housekeeping since he was diapers

Avoid at all costs. This place is absolutely repulsive. It smells disgusting, it is dirty, there's holes in the walls, the patients are crammed into tiny rooms. My mom was here less than 24 hours and we pulled her out.

recently toured the while exploring care options for a close family member, and I was genuinely impressed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, clean, and welcoming. The maintenance director greeted me with kindness and took the to find the staff member who could answer all of my questions thoroughly, which immediately put me at ease. The facility itself is well-maintained, with spacious rooms and comfortable common areas. I especially appreciated the outdoor spaces and the variety of activities they offer to keep residents engaged. The dining area was bright and inviting, and the sample menu looked nutritious and appealing. What stood out most was the level of personalized care and the genuine compassion the team showed toward residents.
