There facilities unorganized they have a gym in there where there’s no physical therapy actually in the room nor helping people rehabilitate, They just decide to kick people out when the heat is on them to do better their patients. They said it was a horrible facility my first time ever being here and told me to take my family member somewhere else because their place is horrible and now I see it is.
I hate this company, dude. Aids always calling off leaving patients home alone without care. No diaper changes, daily prescription, food, baths, etc. Advanced Healthcare doesn't care that their workers CONSTANTLY call off. Advanced Healthcare doesn't fire and replace anyone for calling off same-day back to back and they refuse or say 'no one is able to cover for your loved one'. I have my own Job that I actually want to work as an Adult but needed to miss out on shifts because Advanced Healthcare will call an hour after an Aid would be scheduled to be here saying they called off with NO ONE to cover. Advanced Healthcare needs to be shut down immediately. They don't deserve to be in business because they don't take it or their patients seriously. They don't realize that it's dangerous for the elderly or the disabled to be without care and I just hope these patients have someone in their life to be there when Advanced Healthcare is paid to do so but refuses to. When Advanced Healthcare workers all get old and need help, i'm sure they'd be throwing a fit if they were getting the same services they throw at families now. Advanced Healthcare company is a joke, ridiculous, and unacceptable. PEOPLE, don't DARE set your loved ones up with this company. You'll regret it shortly after and I mean that. I'm in the process of getting another Aid Service company for my loved one now. Advanced Healthcare, you need to be ashamed of yourselves, literally..
Shari the director of social service has been excellent in answering all of our questions and returning our calls. My sister in law has been there since December and has received good care. Nursing staff has been great with her. The only negative would be that the place could use an update but that has nothing to do with the staff that runs the facility. The physical therapy department has done a excellent job and work with her daily.
Our mom received consistent, compassionate care during her short stay here. There was staff available 24/7, the meals were home cooked and our needs were met with each request. You can trust your loved one to get the care you would expect from a nursing facility.
Despite the other reviews, my grandmother has been in this facility for 2 years now and I have nothing but great things to share. Communication with us as a family has always been great, anytime theirs a concern or update on her medical status we are contacted. Each time I visit the facility I'm welcomed to the facility & I really really really love nurse Carol who works the 300 wing. She's always upbeat, joyful and has such a great personality everytime she interacts with us. Thanks Carol 💕 and all the rest of the staff here....
