My dad was placed here for rehabilitation and wound care. I knew my dad was declining and acting different from the state of mind he was in . I received a call the he was unresponsive and sent to the hospital. The hospital confirmed he was over medicated. This place almost killed my dad and I wonder how many people are being over medicated. I guess it makes the job easier to deal with them. I have seen animal shelters do a much better job then this place. This place is now operating under a new name.
This place... This place is evil. And it's obvious that they can't keep the same owners. This place doesn't care for their residents. Between the old building on Ashland AVE and this one, my father was in this place for over 20 yrs. April 24th, will mark 5 yrs that my father has been gone. The day it happened, I went to go say my final see ya later tater to my daddy, was informed that he had passed away from AFib!!!!! When I was told that, she sounded like she was talking about someone she didn't care about. Her voice was cold. My heart sank. We trusted this place to care for my daddy. And they failed him. AFib just doesn't develop that quickly. They never found it. I understand that this is under new ownership, but this place doesn't care. They just see 💰💰💰. It's still not right. Please if you love your fam, GO ELSEWHERE. Their lives may depend on it. #weneedbettermentalhealthcare #thisisnotright
My dad was in this facility during COVID . They almost killed him . I was NEVER allowed past the front door ,and they wouldn't even bring him down to see me . He came out ..not able to talk ..wheelchair bound ..and so skinny . IT'S A HORRIBLE PLACE !!! Contact me if you've had the same experience. I'm on FB .. Kelley Dukeshire
I went to visit a resident that I used to take care of. The DON and the ADON immediately attack me. Both of them questioning about where I know this person from. I was denied to see her because the ADON does not like me. DON is running a PRISON over there she and the ADON are rude, nasty, and insenitive. Those poor Residents are being treated like animals. The DON also said that they are on lock down. How can you be on lock down when you are still wearing regular mask. If you are on lock down you should be wearing N95 and goggles. I would not send my worst enemy to that place. SHAME ON YOU FOR KEEPING THOSE TYPE OF PEOPLE IN YOUR BUILDING.
It is one of the most horrible places to ever have a human being to go to my brother was there they let him sit in his urine all day when he asked one of them had nurses that he was in his urine he want to be dried she said she didn't care and walked away they took his money when they weren't supposed to and claimed that he owed them be out the worthless. Wherever one and if it ever was a place that should be shut down Toledo Healthcare is it and everything in there thought I gave him a 2 and that was being generous my brother also left this place and when he left Medicare had bought him an incentive spirometer for his breathing treatment also had bought him a CPAP machine they removed it from the place he went to when he left them and I have them to know Medicare pay for that not them
