I am very pleased with the service my family member received at Warrenton Health & Rehab! I would also like to recognize Mr. Frails who is the Social Service Director & Activity Director, since he has been apart of the establishment, there is a new spark of happiness among the patients! He is very dedicated to making the patients happy, he is super friendly and puts on great activity events for the patients and his cake walk he did a few months ago.. oh my goodness, those cakes were DELICIOUS!! Keep up the good work Mr. Frails and Warrenton Health and Rehab!

I was a resident for two months in 2024. The entire staff was professional, caring and polite. I'm in my mid 60's and my stay there was truly life changing, for the better. I will remember my wonderful experience there for the rest of my life. Thank you all from my heart and soul ❤️🕊🌅.

We had a family member in his middle 60s stay for 3 weeks. He was in bad shape going in from drug abuse over decades. The directors and staff turned his situation around through occupational, physical and speech therapies to the point where he was back on track. The clinic was staffed by kind, capable professionals who took a genuine, and I mean genuine interest in the residents. They gave their time, and in a few cases, bought necessities for him. They shared their lunch breaks with him and gave thoughtful advice. The direction is first class getting to know the residents’ history and using that to fine tune therapies. When he left, they insisted on getting regular updates on his progress and if necessary, have him back. The physical plant was very clean and well-maintained. If you need rehab and can get in, don’t hesitate. They are genuinely rooting for you.

My mom was a patient there, she was suffering from dementia. I would often find her medication in her pocket or in her sock. The staff was not making sure she took it. The dementia patients were fastened up on a hall without supervision and would often have squabbles where licks were passed. Linen was not changed unless absolutely necessary. I marked my mom’s linen and watched it for 2 weeks. The staff was very friendly but lazy.
