When we first decided to put our father there we considered things that would benefit his overall health. In the last year or so the care team has declined. The top leading staff has fallen off. He is caring a lot for himself except his meds. This place need a serious investigation with family members & residents.
The staff is always nice, especially Nora. I really appreciate her.
We put our love one in there for therapy, all he did was lay in the bed in a paper for over a day. He waited a whole hour for someone to come so he could use the bathroom and that was a family member, no one came into the room the whole time the visitor was there. They tried to give him fish and he has gout. Was very angry when he was removed from the facility and was denied his medication. Never again will we put another person in their care.
I love the way the staff cares for my Mom. They are always courteous, kind, respectful and friendly when I visit. I visit my Mom nearly every day and at various times throughout the morning, afternoon and evenings. During my visits my Mom is always clean, happy and cared for in excellent condition, the Facility is always clean inside and outside and makes you feel at home, and the Staff - everyone from the managers, supervisors, nurses, counselors, pastors and maintenance employees are supreme in the way they conduct themselves and treats My Mother and me. Recently one of my brothers have moved down and he is with me when I visit and he is treated with the same respect. I love the extra activities such as Exercise Class, Bingo, etc...Parties for every season and Holidays. The constant care around the clock. Also if I need to carry my Mom away from the Facility, they have her ready to go at time I requested. My Mom seems to be enjoying her self every time I visit. Thanks for being there for her. Recently, I have noticed that more help is needed on the weekends. I have bought this to there attention. When I visited last weekend, they seem to have improved the situation. Thank you for caring. Sincerely, Sylvester Frank Wright
I can say the staff was nice, but they all contradicted each other with everything. ( giving pills to discharge) Definitely not the cleanest place. She was suppose to be on a finely chopped diet and they gave her heel of the toast.SMH. Old very thinning sheets.
