When looking for a 6 week stay for my dad, people said The Willows is the best place. After the 6 week stay, a permanent home was needed. There was no hesitation in returning to The Willows. Everyone continues to lovingly, personally, & professionally care for my dad. I am one grateful daughter ❤️ to ALL The Willows staff & administration!

Love the activities and different singing groups and the ways that the residents are included and involved. It’s nice having the brunches and getting family together. But also that there are people at the Willows that are giving my mom and all the other moms and dads the care that they need.❤️

I can not say enough about the wonderful staff at The Willows at Willard. Both of my parents live in assisted living there and they are so very well taken care of! My husband and I just returned home from attending "Winerfest" (photo attached) where we enjoyed a nicely decorated dining room. a cocktail hour, delicious meal, dessert and music by a the high school string quartett. Thanks to all those who helped with this event!

The Willows provides wonderful caregivers who are attentive to my mother's needs. While the staff is generally kind and dedicated, I noticed a time or two when it seemed that the residents, including my mom, had to wait an extended period of time for care. While this is a rare occasion, overall the experience has been positive and wonderful. They truly love and care for my mom and treat her like family. The activities, the food, the housekeeping, and even office personal and social worker are outstanding.

My dad came to The Willows at Willard 4 years ago. He lives in the Long Term Care unit. I cant say enough good things about the staff there and the excellent care that they provide to their residents. I go home and sleep well at night without worrying about my father because I know he is safe, happy and being well taken care of. I highly recommend The Willows at Willard for anyone with a loved one needing Long Term Care Residency.
