The Madison Senior Living

Exceptional community to call home. I am a single male that has been welcomed with love and support. The residence is lovely. Very clean and well maintained. Meals are super ! So many fun activities. Now let’s talk about the staff? I have never felt so safe. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I am having so much fun! I would love to have you as my neighbor. Just tell them PJ sent you!

Stay far away from what they call assisted living. My mom was there for a short time and in that time she some how had a broken arm, was left dirty in chair (told did not give showers on sunday), was let out secured door by staff until they realized mistake and had to go around block to find her, lack of activities on assisted side, lack of room cleaning. I did more trash emptying and cleaning than they did. Residents sit around bored. Final blow was when we move her the director only said "they dropped the ball" Just be aware. They are great at presentation.

My mother has been a resident of the Madison for 3 years, and her and my family have nothing but praise for this facility. It is beautifully kept and the staff is so caring to the residents. Kelela, the Resident Services Director, is such an amazing lady! She treats every resident as if they are part of her family and does her job with such enthusiasm and love. Todd, the director, is always available to help with questions or solve any issues the residents or their families may have. His dedication and care is second to none! Our family sleeps well at night knowing my mother is being cared for by such wonderful people at an amazing facility. Thank you, Madison Senior Living!!!

I can't speak highly enough of the support partners, truly exceptional in every way. Their compassion, understanding, and dedication to helping have made all the difference. They go above and beyond to ensure every need is met, always with kindness and patience. It's clear they genuinely care about their residents, making each interaction feel personalized and meaningful. They truly set the bar for what great care looks like!

I currently just completed my 90 days at The Madison , and I’m excited about this new journey with The Madison ! The staff is very welcoming and treat everyone like family . And the residents are so nice and are always complimenting the staff .
