Vitalia Active Adult Community at North Royalton

When you have to make the difficult decision to move a loved one to AL or Memory Care, it helps tremendously to work with professionals who take pride in what they do and who care tremendously for people. The program structure at Vitalia, the small size of the MC and the knowledge and commitment of the staff has made this experience a positive one. Staff is a partner with families to ensure great care: In addition to the periodic update calls and reminders (thank you!), there are “town halls” in MC to hear feedback from residents and family and make changes, within reason of course. While dad is still a newbie, I look forward to seeing him find his rhythm and settle in further. I am grateful to the staff on every shift for their kind care for my dad.

Vitalia North Royalton have such kind staff and an amazing facility. The staff are more like family and care so much for everyone living there. My mom moved from a beautiful place in Chicago and she is very happy here. We have no regrets!

We moved our mom to Vitalia in North Royalton about a month ago. While it is early I will say that we are very happy with our choice. Justin and the entire team at Vitalia have been outstanding. Very focused on caring for the residents. They helped make the entire move process as easy as it could be. Best part is mom is much happier and engaged in the community than she was before the move! Thank you Justin and the entire team.

My parents were both there for over a year and I would not recommend Vitalia North Royalton. If you.are looking for a place for a completely healthy individual that wants lobster at happy hour on Fridays, this is the place. If you need a place that will take medical care and social care of a loved one, please stay away. This is not to reflect on all of the Vitalias, as I know other locations that have served my friends parents very well. Vitalia North Royalton has been a blessing for our family. Our Mother, Carol Shiplett, loves the staff. The staff and residents have become part of our family. The staff has adopted all of us as members of their family. We just live Neiko, Valeria, Marlene, Bianca, Karen — and everyone is so caring and thoughtful. The resources are amazing— as is the food and activities. The staff is well educated and well versed in providing the necessary care to the residents. Thanks for all that you do.
