Been very happy so far with this facility for both my mom and dad Since 2014. Before my dad passed, he had a very hard time with his back being broken. He did enjoy the activities there, the help and support services provided by this home. My mom is there now, and she is elderly with a few age related illnesses though the staff is very patient, helpful and encouraging. I can always call them to talk with a nurse. My mom also enjoys the activities, the food and services provided by the staff. I hope this helps someone. Update: My mom recently passed and through her last hours she was cared for at this assisted living home and cannot be thankful enough to all of the caring, loving and hard working people at Park Creek.
Low class nursing facility. The food is awful and is literally killing the residents. They eat cereal almost every morning for breakfast, the place smells awful and it's extremely small.
This is a sad place. I felt sorry for my daughter and other young women who were overworked and unappreciated. Management stay quiet while residents are living in destitute environment. How can it be allowed that male residents are assaulting female caregivers??? Where are the background check for these individuals!!!!. They do not give notice on when they are terminating employment therefore leaving female caregivers to scramble to pay their bills and etc. I'm highly disappointed you would think they would keep workers instead of allowing unfit and mentally ill residents to overthrow authority. This place needs to be investigated. I would like to see new management. If this place do not have enough workers imagine your loved one sitting in their own urine and feces for hours while their skin breakdown. Please consider anywhere but here. The mice and bed bugs are out of control
Our mother was moved into Park Creek approximately 4 years ago because of dementia issues. Diminished memory mostly. The first few weeks were a little difficult for her as can be expected. After a while she accepted Park Creek as her new home. She made new friends, loved the games and entertainment, and looked forward to meal times, 3 times a day plus a snack. The staff was extremely kind and professional. Nursing was great. Our mother remained in pretty good health with the exception of the last month of her life. After 3 weeks of hospital and rehab she started getting feisty which was unlike her. She must have known the time was near and kept saying that she wanted to go “home”, meaning Park Creek. They had a hospital bed brought into her room and their hospice service was everything you could hope for. From the first day of her arriving “home” she was happy and at peace. She passed away a week later. We cannot recommend Park Creek enough. Reasonable rates, good food, great nursing, and comfortable rooms as well as cozy grounds for when the weather is nice enough to go outside. Highly recommended.
I can not express my appreciation and gratitude for the staff here. We recently had a whirlwind with my father-in-law that happened in the matter of 30 days that left myself and my husband lost and just clueless. Monica and her team helped us every step of the way. They assured us when we just felt lost and they helped dad get the best care he needed. I can not be more grateful to them. Monica 1 and Monica 2, we can not thank you enough for your patience and your help. Amy & Jim
