Complete Care at Bey Lea Assisted Living

I want to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for Christine at Complete Care at Bey Lea. From the very start, she showed genuine care and compassion—not just for me, but for everyone she helped. She was always available whenever I needed her, just a phone call away, ready to answer any question or concern I had. What stood out most was her kindness and consistency. Christine truly goes above and beyond, treating people with respect and warmth. Others who have worked with her have shared similar feelings, which only confirms the exceptional dedication she brings to her work every day. Thank you, Christine, for your professionalism, understanding, and heart. Complete Care at Bey Lea is very fortunate to have you.

The staff at Complete Care Bey Lea is compassionate, kind and goes extra miles for their residents. My mother was at the facility for a short time but the ladies in activities always invited her to programs. Rachel and Veronica always helped and answered any questions I may have and pointed me in the right direction! I’m so happy that my mother was so happy with her care! Reception was also very nice when I came and visited!

My sister in law came here over three months ago. When she first arrived she wasn’t doing well, since then she’s made a complete 180. Everyone that I’ve spoken with has nothing but positive comments about her and her progress. I was very surprised at the condition of the facility, the hallway, therapy room and her room were all very clean and well maintained. Her social worker introduced me to her Physical therapist and nurses. He has a sit down planned with us and her care team to go over everything that we will need and do for her. We’re looking forward to taking her home with us and continuing her care.

While visiting a neighbor I found the staff friendly and helpful to visitors.The place seemed clean and pleasant as well. They were quick to respond to a residents need for assistants. The 2 women on staff were able to help a woman who had fallen.They did so in a most professional way. They were quick , strong and skilled getting her up with the least stress to the resident .

My dad has been in long term care at Complete Care Bey Lea since February. I’m 35 years old, and was not prepared to have to make these types of decisions for a sick parent (I thought I had maybe 10 years before I had to worry). The staff has been super helpful and have helped make our lives a lot easier. Ed the social worker is always just a phone call away and takes the time to answer all of your questions the same goes for Sue head of nursing. Every time I’ve had a concern regarding my dad she has taken the time to really listen. Christine Reyes in the business department has also been so insightful. I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of the facility. My dad has been in rehabs in the past that were dumps. It doesn’t smell like a nursing home inside. I also love the fact that there are activities for the residents all throughout the day. Every time I have come to visit my dad, there is something going on. He loves bingo. The other places he was at, he sat in his room all day sometimes not seeing or speaking to another person for days. He definitely is getting himself involved in activities and has even made some friends. Every time I see him, he looks great. He looks clean. It’s very clear the staff cares for their residents. Thank you to all. You have really made my life a lot easier as a stay at home mom to an 18 month old!
